Toast Weddings Massachusetts is a family-owned, complete wedding media company specializing in photo, film, and social content creation. We are committed to inclusivity and serve couples of all backgrounds in Boston, Cape Cod, Springfield as well as Maine and Rhode Island.
Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team.
Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival.
Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row.
We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums.
All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned.

mility. Our covid wedding caused some stressful moments, but we got the most beautiful footage of our wedding day, and all of our friends and family together having a great time. It’s like covid was never an issue with these guys!
They handled the day with so much professionalism and care. Communication was seamless and price was very reasonable with what our package offered. I recommended TOAST to all of our friends and family, and would recommend again, even after 4 years. We have all this amazing footage to show our daughter now, something we will always cherish.

About a month before our wedding, they sent us a thoughtful questionnaire filled with detailed questions, ensuring they captured all the key moments and details of our day. There were several aspects I might have overlooked or forgotten to mention, but thanks to the comprehensive questionnaire, they didn’t miss a beat.
I also loved that they offered two complimentary edits, something that I found to be rare among other videographers. This extra service gave us peace of mind, especially after hearing stories from friends who were unhappy with their films due to not having that option. Toast was hands down the most affordable videography company I could find locally, and the quality of their work far exceeded my expectations.
Additionally, our videographer worked seamlessly with our photographer, which was very important to us. They allowed our photographer to take the lead and ensured they never got in the way, creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
I highly recommend Toast to any couple looking for a professional and affordable videography service.

toast weddings create our videos turned out to be an even better experience than we could have imagined. Gail was so easy to work with as far as scheduling and choosing what products we wanted. Doan was lovely on the day of our wedding bringing a calming and sweet presence that was an excellent addition to our photo/video team. The end result was absolutely spectacular. They were extremely timely with deliverables and edits, and we absolutely loveeeeeee our videos. They capture the day and our relationship so well, and are truly beautiful art that we (and several family members) have not been able to stop watching! They wouldn't dim the lights when we requested, and the spotlight was left on my mom during the entire dinner. I wish I had known prior to set the expectation for what the lighting would be. Our highlight reel turned out beautifully, although I do think dimming the lights a little bit wouldn't have impacted the video like they said it would. Overall, I was happy with the end result, but I definitely wish I knew to discuss lighting beforehand.

ed their pre-wedding questionnaire because it told me they were on top of things and cared a lot about the style of the film. On the day of, our videographer was great-- we barely noticed him throughout the day yet he caught every important moment even as a one-man show. Other vendors even commented on how polite and easy to work with he was. Toast was great throughout the editing process even when we had multiple complex editing requests. I loved how we had two rounds of complimentary edits. Our final products were perfect and we couldn't have asked for better videos to remember our day! We definitely recommend Toast for anyone looking for an easy to use, thorough, and talented company.

far as pricing, I would say that Toast falls in the mid-range, not the most expensive videographer out there, but also not the cheapest you can find. We found that this was the perfect solution for us. In order to be able to offer this price, I would say that Toast is a little bit less personalized. Meaning that you won’t meet your actual videographer until the day of your wedding. You complete a thorough questionnaire that details what you are looking for in your film, specific shots that you want to see in your film, your style, etc. And then you are matched with somebody that they think will execute your vision. We didn’t have any problems with this process and everything went very smoothly from our perspective! Our videographer was professional and nice to work with, and when we received our highlight film, you are able to provide any edits that you may have, so that the end result is exactly what you want. Overall, we had a great experience with Toast and I would recommend Toast to any couples looking for a wedding videographer.

ly and made sure I understood all of the options and everything I would need to know if we choose to work them. After we signed the contract, Molly took over as our Project Manager. Molly checked in periodically leading up to our wedding day and made sure everything was discussed and set for the big day. On the day of the wedding, Milan was our videographer and we loved him! He made sure to capture everything throughout the day but somehow managed to blend into the background- it’s like he was a fly on the wall and he’d quietly move around the room filming. He was very professional but also very personable all day long. My husband and I got both a 6 minute highlight film and a full documentary edit and we received the first drafts of each in just over a month. Even though we were given 2 rounds of editing, we watched the films and could not come up with a single thing that we wanted changed. We were in awe of both films and how beautifully the day was captured. Every single time my husband and I watch the films, the happy tears start flowing! I am so so happy that we have these incredible films to look back on and remember all of the wonderful moments on our special day. We would highly recommend Toast. They truly understand how important the day is and go above and beyond to capture the magic.

ooperate, she quickly rescheduled the drone footage to another day, and helped us get in contact with our videographer, Stephanie, after the wedding when we had a question for her. Stephanie was barely noticeable at our wedding and captured amazing footage. Before our wedding we were given a lengthy survey to answer to help Toast deliver the product we wanted. As a result, our highlight reel was exactly what we were looking for and we also were so happy we got unedited ceremony and reception footage as well. Our wedding day was a blur so it was nice to watch all of it over! Would definitely recommend Toast to anybody getting married!!!

We loved being able to communicate with the Toast team before the wedding about our preferences for the video. We can't wait to see the full video! I'm so glad Toast offers the option to film the full ceremony documentary style, so in addition to having a beautifully shot wedding video, we also have the footage of flower girls, grandparents walking down the aisle, toasts, etc. for years to come!

k someone without knowing the videographer until a week before the wedding, says a lot! I cannot speak more highly of Toast Wedding Films - specifically Julianna and Jee. Planning a wedding during Covid was nothing short of stressful, and both came in and made things effortless. We were made aware during surveys to get to know us as a couple, the Toast Wedding Films would simply be "a fly on the wall for our big day" and wow - they.truly were! Jee was super flexible with location changes due to rain on our day, which was super helpful! My husband wanted to follow Jee around all night to see the footage he was capturing. Jee was there from the time I was getting my makeup done to our final sparkler exit. When I say that I am beyond excited to see 10 hours of footage, I mean it! We had several of our guests tell us how nice and personable Jee was, as well as how professional he was all day long. Jee paid attention to every little detail and did not miss a single aspect of our day - aspects that we, ourselves, probably did not even notice that day but will be elated to look back on. If you are for even a second thinking about getting a videographer, do not look twice.
